Hi Marcia,

I just wanted to thank you for the excellent staging you did of our
home for sale in Palm Desert. Because of your decorating
skills and ordering the furniture we needed to rent, it allowed us
to sell our home within the first two weeks after we listed it.
Before we had it staged, the broker we were going to list it with
wouldn’t take the listing unless we listed it for $475,000 or
less. We obtained the services of another realtor whom we’ve
worked with before and after you did the staging, we listed it for
$525,000 and sold it for $500,000. The staging was well worth
the cost and made our home for sale look like a model. I would
strongly recommend your staging services to other home
sellers.

Dear Marcia,
Just wanted to send you a note of thanks for all of your help with our
"Staging." We feel you did a fantastic job. The louse looks great and
you taught us "less is more." This is for future use. So many things
we never would have thought of. Wish you could be here in our new
house in Prescott so you could Stage our new house....even though it
would not be on the market. Maybe a little more than less but still your
